Who is the 2-week trial for?
Locals based in Byron Bay and surrounds. It's our way of giving you proper time to try the gym before committing — two weeks is enough to settle in, try different classes, and feel the community.
What if I've never done CrossFit before?
Every class is scaled to your level. Our coaches walk you through every movement and adjust load, complexity and intensity for you. First-time and lifelong athletes train side by side here.
What should I bring to my first class?
Training gear, a water bottle and a towel. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around the floor and answer any questions before class kicks off.
Can I use the sauna and ice bath during the trial?
Yes. Full recovery access is included for the two weeks — same as a full membership.
What happens after the 14 days?
We'll walk you through the membership options. There's no automatic conversion — you decide whether to continue, and if you do, you pick the plan that fits.
Visiting Byron Bay — can I do the trial?
The 2-week trial is for locals. If you're travelling through, the drop-in option is the right fit.
