Group Classes
All Levels Welcome

Every Salt Strength class is designed to challenge you while staying accessible to all levels. We start with a targeted warm-up and mobility to prime your body, then move into a strength component focused on key lifts. We finish with a structured Workout of the Day built to develop fitness, endurance, and resilience.

New to this style of training? No stress. Every movement is scalable and our coaches guide you every step of the way so you can train with confidence and keep progressing.

Open Gym
Mon–Fri · 10am–4pm

Are you self-motivated and can't always make class times? Open Gym gives you the flexibility to train on your own schedule. You can follow the programmed class workout or your own training — the space and equipment are yours.

Available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Included with Unlimited Membership — it's there when you need extra sessions or can't make the scheduled class times.

Olympic Weightlifting
All Experience Levels

One of our most popular sessions of the week. This class is focused on developing skill and confidence in the Olympic lifts — the clean and jerk and the snatch. With an emphasis on technique, positioning, and mobility.

Whether you're new to weightlifting or working toward more advanced loads, the structure and coaching help you refine every lift. Ideal for anyone looking to improve how they move under the bar and build real strength properly.

Saturday Smasher
Saturdays

Saturday sessions are typically partner-based and bring a slightly more social feel to the week. The workouts vary — but you can expect something challenging, well-programmed, and enjoyable.

It's a great way to train hard, connect with others, and start the weekend strong. One of the most popular sessions of the week for a reason.
